I am obsessed with her rendition of this song. Pretty sure I’ve shared it before (but didn’t tag it, so it might as well of never happened because I’ll never find it).
This is also FANTASTIC.
I hasten to add that I have never heard or seen Heidi Blickenstaff be anything less than committed, connected, and clear in every sense of the word. Why isn’t she in everything? I would see her in just about any musical on Broadway. Leap of Faith? Fuck yeah. Once? Fuck, I bet she could cover Cristian Milioti AND Anne L Nathan. Or at the very least I would feel like I was getting my money’s worth watching her try and knowing she would be musically flawless. Newsies? Who’s the King of New York? Evita, Superstar, Nice Work…yup, yes, and uh-huh.
